Summer Spinach Salad
- 4 cups fresh chopped spinach leaves
- 4 tsp. PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
- 4 whole wheat hoagie s
- 4 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 8 slices KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese Singles
- 4 pears
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- TOSS spinach, walnuts, raspberries, onion and cucumber in large bowl.
- Add dressing; mix lightly.
- Divide evenly among 4 plates.
- SPREAD each roll with 1 tsp.
- margarine.
- Top each with 2 slices of cheese and serve with spinach salad.
- ENJOY each lunch with a pear for dessert.
- MIX a CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-Go packet into each bottle of water.
- Shake until combined well.
