Summer Spinach Salad

  1. TOSS spinach, walnuts, raspberries, onion and cucumber in large bowl.
  2. Add dressing; mix lightly.
  3. Divide evenly among 4 plates.
  4. SPREAD each roll with 1 tsp.
  5. margarine.
  6. Top each with 2 slices of cheese and serve with spinach salad.
  7. ENJOY each lunch with a pear for dessert.
  8. MIX a CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-Go packet into each bottle of water.
  9. Shake until combined well.
