Spicy Sriracha Mayonnaise Sauce

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup Sriracha (Vietnamese chile sauce) or 2 tablespoons toban jiang (Chinese chile bean sauce)

1. Put the mayonnaise and Sriracha in a cup and stir with a spoon to mix.
2. Store the sauce in a clean lidded jar in the refrigerator.
