L.N.S. FRUIT BRIYANE (VEGAN)
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 1 Apple 1 chopped
- 1 Pomegranate
- 2 Banana peeled and chopped
- 1/2 bunch Grapes plunged out
- 1 Pear chopped
- 1/4 pineapple chopped.
- 1/4 tbsp Ginger paste
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil / Soya Oil.
- 1 tsp White paper powder
- 1 Salt to taste.
- 1/2 tbsp White pepper powder.
- Soak Basmati Rice for 15 min and cook adding 1 1/2 cup of boiling water and a TSP of oil fluf it with fork and spread it on a plate to cool.
- The cooked grain should be seperate.
- Now chop Apple, Banana, plug out grapes ,chop pine apple and seed out pomegranate.
- Keep aside.
- chop pear
- Now heat Oil in a pan, when the oil is very hot, add ginger paste, Suite for few second Then add, Apple, pear, Banana,, pine apple , grapes, .
- ( Add fruits in the same order taking time interval of 10 seconds)
- And the fruits should be sauited on high high flame and continues stirring is necessary as we wants the fruits to be crunchy and not fully cooked.
- Add cooked rice, needed salt, and white peppers.
- Mix well and serve hot.
- Sprinkel pomegranate seeds over the serving plate before you serve.
