Crispy Coated Chipotle-Fish with Avocado Salsa

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cover baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Combine coating mix and chile powder in shaker bag.
  4. Use to coat fish as directed on package; place on prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake 10 min.
  6. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except rice and lime wedges.
  8. Serve fish with rice; top with avocado salsa.
