Flat-Bottom Fruit Pie
- 1 frozen ready-to-bake pastry pie shell (9 inch), thawed
- 1 tsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 large fresh peach, sliced
- 1/2 cup each fresh blueberries and raspberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Remove pie shell from foil container; place shell on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Gently flatten side; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until lightly browned; cool completely.
- Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Spread pudding mixture onto crust just before serving; top with fruit.
