Flat-Bottom Fruit Pie

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Remove pie shell from foil container; place shell on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Gently flatten side; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  5. or until lightly browned; cool completely.
  6. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  7. Stir in Cool Whip.
  8. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  9. Spread pudding mixture onto crust just before serving; top with fruit.
