Macaroni Salad with Greek Yogurt

  1. Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding vegetables to the boiling water for the last 2 min.
  2. ; drain.
  3. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
  4. Place in large bowl.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and mustard until blended.
  6. Add to macaroni mixture along with the eggs; mix lightly.
  7. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
