Bell Pepper Salsa Recipe
- 1 c. Seeded, diced unpeeled tomato
- 1/2 c. Red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. Yellow bell pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Canned minced green chiles
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped fresh onion
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice, divided
- Combine first 8 ingredients, and 2 Tbsp.
- lime juice in bowl; stir well.
- Let stand 1 hour.
