Captain's Smoked Salmon Nibbles

• 125g CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers
• 125g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
• 100g smoked salmon
• 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
• 2 tablespoons small capers

1. Spread water crackers with Philly*.
2. Roll the salmon into roses and place on Philly*.
3. Top with a slice of red onion and a scattering of capers.
