Easy Cheesy Chicken Enchilada

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl shred chicken
  3. Mix together chicken, soup and half of cheese
  4. Spoon mixture onto tortillas and roll
  5. Place seam side down in a 9x13 baking dish
  6. Cover with enchilada sauce or salsa then with remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake another 10 to 15 minutes
