Blackberry Pretzel Delight Recipe

  1. Servings: 16
  2. Crust:Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well.
  4. Press into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 min; cold.
  6. In same large bowl, combine condensed lowfat milk and water; blend well.
  7. Beat in pudding mix for 2 min.
  8. Chill 5 min.
  9. Mix in whipped topping.
  10. Spread on cooled crust.
  11. Chill till filling is hard, about 1 hour.
  12. Spoon fruit topping over filling.
  13. Cover; chill till serving time.
  14. Garnish with frzn whipped topping, fresh Blackberries and mint leaves it desired.
  15. Stor in refrigerator.
