Sharon's Biscuits

  1. Sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Cut in shortening.
  3. Add milk gradually and mix with a fork.
  4. Put dough on floured surface and knead.
  5. Lightly pat to a 1 inch thickness.
  6. Cut with a floured biscuit cutter.
  7. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 375F (190C) F until golden in color.
