  1. In a large stock pot, cook macaroni noodles until al dente.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. In a large saute pan, melt 4 butter over medium-low heat.
  5. Add flour and mix until creamy.
  6. Next, add milk and softened cream cheese chunks.
  7. Stir until cream cheese is melted.
  8. Once cream cheese is melted, add Country Dijon Mustard and stir into mixture.
  9. Add 2 cups cheese.
  10. Stir until melted.
  11. Add, cooked macaroni noodles.
  12. Mix until covered with cheese mixture.
  13. Pour into a greased 9x13 oven proof baking dish.
  14. In a micorwavable dish, melt the additional 4 butter and add breadcrumbs.
  15. Combine until butter is absorbed.
  16. Add more melted butter if necessary.
  17. Top macaroni mixture with remaining 2 cups cheese and crumble breadcrumb mixture on top.
  18. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
