tilapia fish tacos
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp sirarcha sauce
- 1 paprika
- 1 ground cumin
- 1 white fish
- 1 avocado
- 1 soft tortillas
- 1 coleslaw mix or baby spinach
- Mix first three ingredients together and put aside
- Mix paprika and cumin in a bowl and spread over the fish
- Fry the fish on each side at medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
- Add an extra 30-60 seconds on each side if frozen
- Serve cooked fish, avocados, coleslaw mix or spinach and prior made sauce on tortilla
