Taco Burgers for a Midwesterner!

  1. In a small bowl, combine Taco Seasoning Ingredients; set aside.
  2. Crumble burger in a large mixing bowl, sprinkle Taco Seasonings over the meat, mix in with hands, let rest 15-30 minutes (melding of the flavors!

  4. When that has perfumed the air sufficiently, add the corn chips and egg; mix well, then shape into SIX patties.
  5. Broil or grill burgers, juices run clear, 160* on a meat thermometer.
  6. Add a slice of cheese right before removing from heat.
  7. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and salsa (if desired).
