Grilled Asparagus
- 1 lb asparagus
- olive oil
- creole seasoning (Tony Chachere's, Zatarain's, or any kind of season salt that contains salt, cayenne pepper, black pe)
- Wash asparagus and break off any brown or tough bottoms of the stalk.
- Drizzle in olive oil, coat with creole seasoning to taste.
- Grill for 5 minutes or so, until tender.
- Cook longer if you like it crispier.
