Feta Balls

  1. Bring the cheeses and butter to room temperature and beat together in a large bowl until combined.
  2. Stir in the olives, onions and red pepper.
  3. Cover and chill 4 to 24hrs.
  4. To serve; shape into balls and roll in parsley and almonds.
  5. Service with the crackers.
