Strawberry Kiwi Tart/Tartlets

  1. Heat oven to 450.
  2. Prepare pie crust as instructed on box.
  3. Cool completely before filling.
  4. In medium bowl.
  5. mix all of filling ingredients with a wire whisk until well blended.
  6. Pour into cooled pie shell or tartlet shells.
  7. Arrange strawberries and kiwi on filling.
  8. In a small bowl, heat other jelly in the microwave for 5 to 10 seconds.
  9. Brush over the fruit.
  10. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  11. Store in the refrigerator.
  12. Cooking time is cooling time.
