Crispy Tuna Hot Pot Recipe

• 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna, flaked
• 1 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1/2 c. minced pimento
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 2 (1 1/2 ounce.) cans potato sticks

1. In large bowl, combine undrained flaked tuna, stuffing mix, onion and pimento.
2. Stir in soup and blend well.
3. Spoon mix into lightly greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
4. Place potato sticks over top.
5. Cover casserole with foil.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min, uncover and bake 10 min more.
7. Serves 4.
