Crispy Tuna Hot Pot Recipe
- 2 (7 ounce.) cans tuna, flaked
- 1 c. crushed herb stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (1 1/2 ounce.) cans potato sticks
- In large bowl, combine undrained flaked tuna, stuffing mix, onion and pimento.
- Stir in soup and blend well.
- Spoon mix into lightly greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Place potato sticks over top.
- Cover casserole with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min, uncover and bake 10 min more.
- Serves 4.
