Smoked Salmon Muffins With Herb Cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese (plain)
- 14 cup green onion, minced
- 14 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 18 cup fresh dill, chopped (optional)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 English muffins, split & toasted
- 4 slices lox or 4 slices smoked salmon
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl, making sure they are well incorporated.
- Spread on each mufiin half.
- Top with salmon.
- Voila!
