Scandia Kransekake/kransakake

  1. Break almond paste into small pieces.
  2. Mix in well 3/4 cup of sugar.
  3. Add unbeaten egg whites, mix.
  4. Add rest of sugar, mix.
  5. Grease rings and flour heavily.
  6. Bake at 325 for 13-15 minutes.
