Lori's Stuffed Eggs

  1. Hard boil eggs.
  2. Let cool in ice water.
  3. Dry.
  4. Peel.
  5. Half.
  6. Scoop yolks into a food processor.
  7. Add the butter, garlic, meat, chives salt, pepper and cayenne.
  8. Puree until smooth.
  9. Pipe back into eggs with a pastry bag.
  10. Garnish with any combination of the capers, dill, almonds, pimento or paprika.
  11. Chill 1 hour.
