Crunchy Chicken

  1. Mix stuffing and cheese on plate.
  2. Dip chicken into beaten egg.
  3. Then coat with stuffing/cheese mixture.
  4. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle with margarine.
  6. BAKE at 400F.
  7. for 20 min.
  8. or until chicken is done.
  9. The original recipe calls for serving this with canned/jarred chicken gravy-- just a suggestion!
