Beef With Bell Pepper Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish or possibly heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add in roast, and cover or possibly seal.
  2. Refrigerate8 hrs, turning meat occasionally.
  3. Prepare fire by piling charcoal or possibly lava rocks on 1 side of grill.
  4. Place a drip pan on other side of grill.
  5. Remove roast from marinade, discarding marinade; place over drip pan.
  6. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) about 25 min on each side or possibly till desired degree of doneness, basting with 3/4 c. Bell Pepper Sauce the last 15 min.
  7. Serve with remaining sauce.
  8. This recipe yields 6 servings.
