Hurry Hurry Superb Fried Fish Fillets

  1. Wash flounder fillets and remove center tough bony part if any.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs with seasoning packet.
  3. Dip fillet in breadcrumbs, then into beaten eggs, then again into breadcrumbs on both sides.
  4. Heat oil in frying pan over high heat.
  5. When sizzling hot add fish.
  6. Lower flame to medium high and continue frying until brown and crispy.
  7. Do the same on the other side.
  8. Serve with slices of lemon or tartar sauce and your favorite sides.
