Chocolate Pistachio Cake
- 1 each cake mix
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 each egg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup chocolate syrup
- powdered sugar
- Blend cake mix, pudding mix, orange juice, water, eggs and oil with electric mixer until moistened; beat at medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
- Pour 3/4 batter into well-greased and floured 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10-inch tube pan.
- Blend chocolate-flavored syrup into remaining batter; pour over batter in pan.
- Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until done.
- Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
