Liqueur Coconut Logs

  1. Melt chocolate, consdensed milk, and vanilla essence in a saucepan over a low heat.
  2. Remove from heat, then stir in coconut and liqueur or rum.
  3. Leave to cool and then shape into logs.
  4. Roll logs on a tray in coconut.
  5. Chill until required.
