Liqueur Coconut Logs
- 1 cup chocolate
- 23 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 14 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 14 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 teaspoon rum liqueur or 1 teaspoon rum
- 2 tablespoons coconut
- Melt chocolate, consdensed milk, and vanilla essence in a saucepan over a low heat.
- Remove from heat, then stir in coconut and liqueur or rum.
- Leave to cool and then shape into logs.
- Roll logs on a tray in coconut.
- Chill until required.
