Grilled Dijon Salmon
- 8 pieces (Individual Portion) Salmon
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Salmon Seasoning (or More To Taste)
- 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs (or Crushed Crackers)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Celery Seed
- 2 Tablespoons Caraway
- 2 Tablespoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Corriander
- 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard Powder
- Rinse and pat dry the salmon patties.
- Sprinkle with soy sauce, then spread with a light coating of Dijon mustard.
- Mix all salmon seasoning ingredients together.
- This will be more than you need for this recipe.
- Season fish with salmon seasoning.
- Grill on high (or bake at 450 degrees F) for about 10 minutes, until salmon is almost done.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs (I like to used crushed Everything Crackers from Trader Joes) on top and drizzle with olive oil.
- Continue grilling (or broil) a few more minutes until the top is slightly crispy.
- Serve with you favorite grilled veggies, salad or roasted potatoes.
