Sparkling Champagne Punch
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups cold orange juice
- 1 bottle (750 mL) champagne, chilled
- 3 cups cold ginger ale
- ice cubes
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in juice.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Pour gelatin mixture into punch bowl just before serving.
- Add champagne and ginger ale; stir.
- Add ice.
