Mexican Steak Salad

  1. Mix 2 Tbsp.
  2. dressing, 1 Tbsp.
  3. cilantro and lemon juice; pour over steak in shallow glass dish.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. to marinate, turning after 15 min.
  6. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Heat grill to medium heat.
  8. Grill steak 5 min.
  9. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  10. Remove from grill; let stand 5 min.
  11. Cut across grain into thin slices.
  12. Cover platter with lettuce; top with meat, tomatoes, cheese, remaining dressing and cilantro.
