Easy from Memory Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375*.
  2. If you are using a baking stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar.
  4. Add brown sugar, eggs, baking soda, salt, and vanilla one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Scrape the sides of the bowl down when your done.
  6. Add the flour.
  7. Fold in the chips.
  8. Use 1 tablespoons batter for each cookie.
  9. Place them 2 inches apart.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes at 375*.
  11. Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the baking stone.
