twice baked stuffed potato wedges

  1. wash potatoes thoroughly, lightly oil and sprinkle salt.
  2. bake in oven until tender depending on potatoes used
  3. when potatoes are done, slice lengthwise in half and scoop out most of potatoe leaving a thin layer and skin
  4. sautee sausage meat in pan
  5. add mushrooms to sausage then scooped out potato and cream cheese
  6. use heavey cream to cut through mixture
  7. add 3/4 of shredded cheese,garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
  8. spoon mixture back into potatoe halves
  9. sprinkle rest of the cheese on top of each potato half
  10. bake in 400F oven anout 15 minutes until cheese melts
