Honey-Orange Cashew Brittle
- 1- 1/4 cup Pure Honey
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 whole Valencia Orange, Zest And Juice
- 16 ounces, weight Whole Salted Cashews
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add honey and vanilla.
- Stir to combine.
- Add orange zest, juice, and stir well to combine.
- Add cashews and stir with a sturdy spatula.
- Cook for 3 minutes only.
- Remove from heat.
- Transfer to a nonstick rimmed baking sheet, spread out with an offset spatula, and allow to completely cool to room temperature.
- Break into pieces and munch!
