Salmon With Balsamic Sauce

  1. Sprinkle both sides of fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, cook salmon in oil over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork, flipping halfway through.
  3. Meanwhile, combine water, vinegar, lemon juice and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
  4. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced to about 1/3 cup.
  5. Serve over salmon.
