Wasabi Greens with Pork Belly

  1. Wash the wasabi greens and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Drain.
  3. Fry the pork, when fragrant, add a little sesame oil.
  4. Toss the wasabi greens and fried pork with ponzu.
  5. Plate and it's done.
