Homemade Crackers With A Homemade Dip
- 6 oz Mayo
- 5 oz sour cream
- 3 oz dry dill
- 2 oz chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 7 oz bread flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 oz warm water
- 2 oz Chili flakes flakes or powder
- 2 oz dry oregano
- 1 oz Seasoning salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Mix the ingredients by hand for 8 to 10 minutes , or until the dough becomes nice and smooth , you might need some more flour
- Place the dough in the refrigerator , don't forget to cover it or put the dough in a plastic bag before you place it in the refrigerator
- The dough has to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before you want to roll it and bake it
- Take out the dough from the refrigerator then add flour on the surface and start rolling the dough
- try to roll the dough as much as you could we want it to be thin
- remove the excess flour and spread a layer of water on top of the dough thrn Season the dough with your favorite herbs and spices , I used dry oregano, black pepper seasoning salt and chili flakes
- Cut the dough before you bake it
- Place it in the oven to bake on 400F for 10 minutes or until the dough becomes golden brown
- For the dip::::: add all the ingredients together and give it a mix
- Enjoy
