Venison Corn Chowder Recipe

  1. Cook sausage and onion till meat is brown and onion is tender.
  2. Drain on paper toweling.
  3. Put in Dutch oven with potatoes, spices and water.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 min.
  5. Add in both kinds of corn and evaporated lowfat milk.
  6. Heat through.
  7. Serves 6.
