Cranberry Raspberry Sauce
- 1 cup squeezed tangerine juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. fresh cranberries
- 1 pkg. frozen raspberries
- Peel tangerines and squeeze out juice, save some fruit and pieces of zest.
- Mix tangerine juice and sugar.
- Boil over medium heat, stir to dissolve sugar.
- Add cranberries, tangerine sections, and zest.
- Boil gently stirring often until cranberries burst.
- Add frozen raspberries and bring to a boil.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate.
