Beer Boiled Shrimp Recipe
- 3/4 c. beer
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 lbs. lg. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- Combine beer, oil, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add in shrimp and stir.
- Cover, let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Drain, reserving marinade.
- Place shrimp on greased broiler rack and broil 4-5 inches from heat for 4 min.
- Turn and brush with marinade.
- Broil 2-4 min more or possibly till light pink.
