Chicken Broccoli Ring
- 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked And Diced
- 20 ounces, weight Frozen Broccoli, Cooked And Drained Well
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 cans (8 Oz. Can) Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
- 1/2 cups Onion, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 6 ounces, weight American Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Saute onion in a small skillet in butter.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Stir in chicken and sauteed onion and butter.
- Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent rolls, press into the bottom and up the sides of the bundt pan.
- Turn crescent rolls in opposite directions, pressing seams together.
- Layer chicken and cream cheese over the crescent rolls, half of the broccoli, then American cheese, remaining broccoli and top with remaining cheese.
- Take remaining crescent rolls and place over the chicken and broccoli layers, working to meet the bottom crescent rolls.
- (You may have a few pieces of crescent rolls left over.)
- Gently press seams together.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
- Cool for 3-5 minutes and serve in slices.
