Mini Spinach Quiches

• 4 eggs
• 1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/3 cup milk
• 3 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1-1/2 cups baby spinach leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
• 1 pkg. (225 g) frozen mini tart shells, thawed

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip Spread and milk until well blended.
3. Add bacon, green onions, spinach and cheese.
4. Mix well; pour into shells.
5. Place on rimmed baking sheet.
6. Bake 22 to 25 min.
7. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and tops are golden brown.
