Hamburger Crusted Tomato Pizza
- 1 can (540mL) diced tomatoes
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup crushed Premium Plus Salted Crackers, 24 crackers
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1 1/2 grated Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- DRAIN tomatoes, reserving juice.
- Combine juice with beef, cracker crumbs, eggs and pepper, mixing well.
- SPREAD evenly onto 12-inch pizza pan with sides.
- BAKE at 425F (220C) for about 15 minutes or until browned.
- DRAIN off fat.
- SPOON tomatoes on top of crust and sprinkle with oregano, green pepper, and cheeses.
- RETURN to oven for 5-8 minutes or until melted.
- CUT into wedges to serve.
