Hamburger Crusted Tomato Pizza

  1. DRAIN tomatoes, reserving juice.
  2. Combine juice with beef, cracker crumbs, eggs and pepper, mixing well.
  3. SPREAD evenly onto 12-inch pizza pan with sides.
  4. BAKE at 425F (220C) for about 15 minutes or until browned.
  5. DRAIN off fat.
  6. SPOON tomatoes on top of crust and sprinkle with oregano, green pepper, and cheeses.
  7. RETURN to oven for 5-8 minutes or until melted.
  8. CUT into wedges to serve.
