Lower Fat Reuben Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Arrange bread slices on a nonstick baking sheet.
  3. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  4. Spread 1 teaspoon dressing onto each bread slice; top with pastrami, folding slices to fit bread slices.
  5. Sprinkle, evenly with cheese.
  6. Bake 5 minutes or until hot.
  7. Top evenly with sprouts.
  8. Transfer to serving plate.
  9. Serve immediately.
