Jezebel Sauce For Pork Roast

• 1 1/2 tbsp horseradish
• 1 tbsp pepper
• 2 tbsp dry mustard
• 1 jar (8 to 10 ounces) apple jelly
• 1 jar (8 to 10 ounces) apricot - pineapple preserves

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. *This should be enough sauce for a 3 pound pork roast, or enough to serve about 8 to 10 people.
