Waffles with Peanut Butter

• 1 frozen waffle
• 2 tsp. peanut butter
• 1 tsp. reduced sugar jam, jelly or preserves
• 1/2 grapefruit
• 8 fl oz (1 cup) fat-free milk

1. Heat waffle as directed on package.
2. Top with peanut butter and jelly.
3. Enjoy grapefruit with breakfast.
4. Serve with a glass of milk.
