Traditional Easy Meat Sauce
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 4 cloves Chopped Garlic
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes With Seasoning
- 3 cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Tomato Sauce With Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
- 3/4 cups Romano Cheese
- In a pot with a lid, brown meat and drain off grease.
- Add garlic and diced tomatoes with seasoning.
- Cook about 20 minutes.
- Add a little salt and pepper for taste.
- Add tomato sauces and stir.
- The basil and parsley can now be added to the sauce.
- Put lid on and let cook for 1.5 hours.
- Stir about every 20 mins.
- Taste and if it needs a little sugar, I like to add 1 to 2 tsp.
- of sugar.
- Mix.
- Add Romano Cheese at the end of cooking.
