Caldo Verde

  1. Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
  2. Add potato and water.
  3. Boil until potato is soft.
  4. Mash potato.
  5. Add boullion cube and fried chorizo.
  6. Add collards and boil until the collards are emerald green in colour.
