Light Fruitcake IIi

  1. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add fruit and mix well to coat with flour.
  3. Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually beat in sugar.
  5. Add fruit-flour mixture and nuts.
  6. Mix well with hands.
  7. Grease tube pan.
  8. Line with brown paper; grease paper.
  9. Bake at 275 degrees about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
  10. Let cake stand in pan about 10 minutes.
  11. Turn out on rack to cool.
