Easy Chinese Chicken Recipe
- 2 fryers, quartered
- 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can pineapple chunks (remove for use later)
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. ketchup
- Make sauce by mixing all the ingredients together.
- Season fryer with pepper.
- Place in large pan skin side down.
- Don't overlap.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Turn chicken, baste and bake another 30 min.
- Just before serving, add in pineapple to heat through.
