Paraguayan Cheese Snacks

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed 3 min.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended after each addition.
  4. Add milk, corn, mozzarella cheese and onions; beat on medium-low speed until well blended.
  5. Gradually add cornmeal and Parmesan cheese, beating well after each addition and stopping occasionally to scrape side of bowl with spatula.
  6. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  7. (Batter will be thin.)
  8. Bake 30 min.
  9. or until center is set.
  10. Cool.
  11. Cut into 16 squares to serve.
