- 150 grams Cod (white fish)
- 1 Egg white
- 2 tbsp Freeze dried yamatoimo yam
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- Measure the ingredients.
- Put it all in a food processor.
- Wet 2 small square plates or molds, and spread the mixture, trying not to create air pockets.
- Slide the mixture plate and all into a pot of boiling water.
- Simmer for 8 minutes.
- Done!
